By developing multiple apps to streamline their technical, commercial, crew management, and other maritime services, we significantly enhanced their operational efficiency, driving substantial improvements in performance and service delivery across their global operations.
Synergy Marine Group faced inefficiencies and revenue leakage due to outdated technologies and manual processes Crew Management, Vessel Management, QHSE, and Crew Wages. Key issues included:

The system's outdated technology and poor UX led to frequent downtimes, user frustration, inefficiency, steep learning curves, and poor user adoption.

Limited reporting tools hindered data-driven decision-making, affecting strategic planning and operational insights.

The system struggled with increasing data volumes, impacting data accuracy and overall efficiency.

The Ahoy App, developed with Flutter, empowers seafarers to manage documents, contracts, LARP, profiles, and support tickets. Available on mobile and web, it enhances operational efficiency and access for Synergy Marine Group.
The Relief and Contract App enables Synergy's sourcing team to efficiently manage seafarer contracts, extensions, amendments, relief planning, and sign-on/off procedures.

Our Vessel App streamlines vessel details, fleet operations, and voyage history management, enhancing operational oversight and decision-making for Synergy Marine Group.
To overcome the challenge of limited connectivity on vessels, we developed an app that operates entirely offline, allowing essential operations to continue smoothly. When internet access is available, it seamlessly syncs data with the cloud, ensuring up-to-date information.
The Central Dashboard App, a web application, enables the shore team to manage vessel associations, view seafarer lists, and summarize pending tasks, enhancing oversight, and efficiency.
The QHSE App enables Synergy Marine's QHSE team to send alerts, surveys, and innovative ideas to seafarers via the Ahoy app. This enhances communication, compliance, and continuous improvement in quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
The Crew Wages and Payroll App streamlines the management of seafarer wages, payroll, allotments, allowances, bonuses, budgeting, and reimbursements. This app reduces errors and saves valuable time and resources for the finance and shore teams.
The Master Data and Admin App is a web application used by the shore team to create wage tables, assign vessels, and manage administrative tasks. Onboard, it helps the vessel's Master handle seafarer contracts, reimbursements, vessel tasks, sign-on/off processes, and wage approvals, ensuring seamless shore-to-ship operations.
