The way we work has changed a lot since the pandemic. Working from home has its pros and cons. In fact, we have started calling our employees as per the project they are working on, so this will allow collaboration within the team and reduce the virtual meeting fatigue, and they can give their productive time into coding and other important work.
The Hybrid work model provides increased productivity and team collaboration. Undoubtedly, we also faced resignation from employees as some may seek different opportunities due to changes in work dynamics. Nonetheless, adaptation is important for growth and progress.
