This November, the SoluteLabs team gathered for a much-anticipated retreat. Having had a hybrid culture for the longest, the team needed to get out of the spreadsheets and emails and trade them for high-fives and some real conversations. Nestled on the serene outskirts of the city, our retreat was not just a getaway but a vibrant fusion of team-building, strategic updates, and celebration of our collective achievements.
We kicked off the retreat with a much-needed array of activities - swimming, badminton, pool, table tennis, and lawn tennis. Laughter, cheers, and friendly banter filled the air as everyone bonded, made teams, and had a friendly competition.
Quarterly Town Hall - A Window into Our Progress
Post the exhilarating games, we had the much-awaited Quarterly Town Hall. Each department presented updates from the last quarter and discussed the roadmap ahead.
We had our hosts turn into Karan Johar with the “Shots with Solute” game, asking team members unexpected, funny, and deep questions. As the room roared with laughter, we could see the wonderful personalities that were hidden behind the screens and understood our team better.

After the updates, it was time to recognize the stars among us - those who went above and beyond in their roles and made the year special for the company. We acknowledged the relentless spirit and dedication that each team member brings to the table.

As we wrapped up our day, it proved to be more than just an escape from the daily grind. This retreat proved to be a roller coaster of knowing each other, fun, and celebration. From the laughter-filled games in the morning to the insightful town hall, and wrapping up with our dazzling awards ceremony, every moment was a blast. We return to our desks with some awesomely cool group selfies and fun memories, and with a sense of togetherness.
